Clean rooms, kind workers, and lodgey vibe that gives Los Angeles from the 60s a bit still. Incredible retro architecture!

For A low-priced one night stay this is a good place. I didn't see any bedbugs or rodents. There were flies there. But nothing that would cause major health stares. I will return again.

Room was nice. Showers were amazing and came with soap. I liked the bathroom and closet. A/C worked. TV didn't work and thats why I only rated 4 stars. Got a late checkout which was great

The room I got was clean and very nice minus the creaking floors. Bit of a loud neighborhood, but I'm a deep sleeper so I didn't mind. 4 stars because when I was booking it said you guys had Wi-fi. When I got there, it was only for select rooms. Should be more upfront about that.

It's really not that Bad. I was anxious staying here cause I assume the area and the Motel itself would be super horrible but it's not as bad as I thought I was, checking in was so easy and honestly you'll get what you paid for at the end of the day.

The best budget accommodation for the money. What makes this motel stand out is no deposit and above all the amazing staff. In an area known for terrible accommodations and dispicable customer service, Holiday Lodge shines.

Probably one of the better hotels for the price. if your looking for a clean nice safe place to sleep for a reasonable price close to downtown this is a good choice. if your not comfortable or familiar with big city life or are on vacation with your family I wouldn't recommend it, area is safe but must use good judgement. This area has high gang activity so it's not Disneyland. if you know how to mind your own business and have good judgement your fine. you can walk to the 711 at night or even to.downtown with your girl without any problem. The gangs are not all bad people and generally help keep the area safe so bottom line keep to yourself, mind your own business and in return you get a really great price, new and updated rooms and gate closed at night. I recommend any of the rooms not attached to the main building, like rooms 125, 225 etc, they have sliding door balcony..

This motel is for the ones whom want fantastic location and who are not Clean freaks. This motel is affordable but not cheap or overpriced clean but not pretty. No bed bugs! Which in southern cali is a plus these days. The manager is hella cool and flexible. I enjoy this spot very much.the cleaning ladies are beautiful and sweet.

I didn't take photos this time , but I will next time. There are 3 buildings at this motel. The cheaper rooms are the older ones that have not been updated yet. Been in both updated and older and love them both.

Overall great place. Lots of parking. fridge in rooms. Hotel continues to make steady progress with time. Some of the rooms here are really cool and others are just like whatever. They all have heat and ac. Vending machines are good here. 24 hour 7Eleven down the street. They dont trip on you about having someone visit you here like they do in other hotels. Maybe its just me, but it feels like the energy of a black cloud hangs over this place. Burn sage.
